It is well known that the sealing of anodic oxide film is necessary to improve the service life of corrosion resistance.The sealing process usually includes cold sealing, boiling water sealing and high temperature steam sealing.Because organic dye adsorption in microporous general orifice, not only affects normal hole sealing process, and in the direct use of cold sealing holes or boiling water will often cause a loss of dye, the bore is sealed by both fading and the bore is sealed by sealing hole bad double faults.For this reason, there are some differences in anodic oxidation film with electrolytic coloring. The production process does not advocate the direct sealing treatment, and the opinions and experiences of all parties are recommended. (1) first of all in 5 g/L of nickel acetate, 5 g/L boric acid solution, in 60 ~ 70 ℃ dipping 5 ~ 10 min, and then to conventional boiling water sealing hole, hole sealing time depending on the selection of membrane thickness 20 ~ 30 min.
(2) in the first place in 5 g/L of nickel acetate, 5 g/L boric acid solution, in 70 ~ 80 ℃ dipping 5 ~ 10 min, 15 min then for regular cold hole sealing.
(3) in the first place in 50 g/L of nickel acetate, 5 g/L boric acid solution, 5 min at 80 ℃ dipping and then 15 min for regular cold hole sealing.
(4) first, make the cold sealing hole for 5 minutes, then the boiling water for 20~ 30 min.
(5) first, soak 20 s in boiling water, quickly remove and put into cold water, then conduct regular sealing.
(6) in the first place at 20% (mass fraction), barium chloride solution in 45 ℃ dipping 5 min, then for regular hole sealing treatment.
In the above six methods, the first three kinds of sealing methods are firstly impregnated with nickel acetate and boric acid solution, then the conventional sealing treatment is carried out.The sealing effect is better.The actual use effect of the remaining methods needs to be confirmed by experiments with different dyes.
