Performance characteristics:

①No sodium salt, suitable for refining and purification of sodium-free aluminum alloys, high-magnesium aluminum alloys (magnesium content> 2%) and phosphorous hypereutectic aluminum alloys, and has the effect of covering protection and heat preservation;

②Proper melting point, better fluidity and coverage, good slag absorption and aluminum slag separation ability, suitable for various furnaces and nitrogen injection devices. The effect is better.

Instructions:

① Add temperature 690℃-750℃, evenly spread on the surface of molten aluminum;

②The amount of molten aluminum is 0.2%-0.3% per ton.

③For covering, sprinkle this product directly on the surface of the molten aluminum, stir repeatedly with a skimmer spoon until the flux is completely mixed with the molten aluminum; the effect is better in the nitrogen spray device; fill the required amount of powder into the powder sprayer, Open the nitrogen valve (nitrogen purity ≥99.99%) and then turn on the powder sprayer switch. After the powder tube is sprayed out, it can be inserted into the aluminum liquid for refining.

Packaging and storage:

This product is a white powder, the inner packaging is a plastic soup seal, 25kg/carton, stored in a ventilated and dry place, and moisture-proof.
