4. The mold cavity or work belt has sundries, and the mold work belt has a low hardness, so that the surface of the work belt is injured while extruding.
5. There is a hard inclusions in the exposed metal or graphite strip on the discharging track or in the bed.When it is in contact with the profile, it causes scratches on the profile surface;
6. When the profile material is delivered from the discharging track to the swing bed, it will cause the profile collision due to the excessive speed;
7. Scrape the profile on the bed;
8. Damage caused by friction or extrusion between sections during transportation.
Solution:
1. Strict control on the quality of ingot chemical components;
2. Improve mold repair quality,
3. Improve the precision of mold manufacturing and the regular nitriding of the mold and strictly perform the nitriding process parameters;
4. Isolate the profile and accessories with soft felt and plastic strips.Minimize contact damage of sections and accessories;
5. The production should be handled gently, and avoid dragging or turning the profile;
6. Arrange the profile reasonably in the frame, and avoid friction with each other.
