Usage of aluminum alloy additive tablets

replacing aluminum titanium master alloy, it is with pure metal powder and has certain characteristics of flux according to a certain proportion,

Usage: - adjust the temperature of the molten aluminum above 730℃,the best temperature is not lower than 750℃.Preheating titanium additive near furnace. after slagging –off from the surface of aluminum liquid, put the titanium additive preheated into the aluminum liquid, and stir until reaction completely (about 3-5 minutes).In general, throwing ways should be adopted before refining, it is better to put in titanium additive after the aluminum ingot melting and before putting silicon magnesium as far as possible, to ensure that melting diffusion time is enough for titanium.

Specification: each titanium additive tablet weigh 0.5kg or 1kg.
